Operations

Operations groups the queues that need attention while a counter is running: discount approvals, stock transfers, OCR intake, employee actions, and location-level exceptions.

Screens: OPS-SCR-001 to OPS-SCR-008. Roles: Manager and Owner. Android actions must remain role-gated and explain why a restricted user cannot proceed.
