Purpose
Provide a role-aware entry point for discount approvals, transfers, OCR intake, employee operations, and other owner or manager actions that should not interrupt selling.
Rules
Only show actions the role can complete or clearly label the escalation route. Badge counts identify pending work but must be refreshed safely. Each destination retains its originating context when returning. Financial and permission-sensitive actions write backend audit events; customer data is not included in analytics properties.
Required evidence
Pending approval, no pending work, denied action, OCR unavailable, transfer conflict, and manager-versus-owner variants.
